Late Shipping Compensation

At ENSO Living, we strive to have every order delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase.

If your order is delivered beyond our stated delivery timeframe, you may be eligible for Late Shipping Compensation equivalent to 5% of your order value.

The compensation will be calculated based on the final amount paid for the affected order, after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied.

Late Shipping Compensation does not apply to delays caused by circumstances beyond ENSO Living’s reasonable control, including but not limited to customs or port clearance delays, severe weather, shipping disruptions, force majeure events, or delays resulting from customer-requested changes or rescheduling.

Compensation is limited to 5% of the affected order value and is subject to verification by ENSO Living.
