Warranty Coverage Policy

At ENSO LIVING, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Coverage Policy outlines the warranty terms applicable to our standing desks and ergonomic chairs purchased in Singapore.

Standing Desks Warranty Coverage

A 3-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in electronic and mechanical components. This includes, but is not limited to, the electric lifting mechanism, motors, and control system.

Ergonomic Chairs Warranty Coverage

A 3-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the hydraulic mechanism and other mechanical components.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

  1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  2. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, scratches, stains, or fading from regular use
  3. Damage arising from incorrect self-assembly
  4. Damage to accessories or components resulting from unauthorised modification, alteration, or self-repair

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their purchase immediately upon delivery. Any manufacturer defects or transit-related damage should be reported as soon as possible upon receipt to facilitate timely assessment and resolution.

Warranty Claims & Replacements

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by ENSO LIVING. We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for repair, replacement, or an alternative solution, depending on the nature and severity of the defect.

Replacement or exchange of defective items is subject to product availability. If the same model is unavailable, a comparable replacement or suitable alternative may be offered at our discretion.
