Refund policy

enso living offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

We will issue a refund for the remaining amount after deducting a 15% restocking fee based on your order value. Customers are also responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
